NOTES AND UPDATES:
Cal retains the Axe for the 5th year in a row after downing Stanfurd 26-17 this past Saturday near Strawberry Canyon. The win also marked Cal going undefeated at home during 2006. I won't be able to make it, but those of you Tightwads that are heading down to what us Raider fans call "South Oakland" for the Holiday Bowl, keep yourselfs in one piece, don't get too fucked up and cheer on our Golden Bears as they get ready to beat down Texas A&M.

Joker update:
2006 ended as the 1st Joker-less season in a loooooooooooong time. He hasn't been seen on the hill since last year's Oct. 22nd game vs. Washington State. Stay tuned to find out if his dumbass ever pops up again........
Regarding the new bench I will add to the hill at some point during '07:
I stopped by Rohnert Park on Feb. 19th when I was coming back from hanging out at a friend's place in Philo to see if the old Oakland Coliseum bleacher benches where still there. Sadly, they have been moved elsewhere and the Crushers' old ballpark was demolished, so I will have to find wood elsewhere to use to make the 2nd and last bench I plan to put on the hill. It will be in front of the one I built last season, which is will need to be replaced during the off-season.
