Why Not Help? If you have an idea you would like to see included in a data analysis package, or maybe a specific software application that you would find useful, why not drop us a line and let us know? We want to build the programs that YOU want and need to analyze and organize your data. To do that we need your input. Please fill out our questionnaire so we can serve you better. |
Here we showcase the up and coming products and services we are developing for our customers.
One of the first projects we expect to complete is Aphevio. Building upon the successful implementation of the Numalisis algorithm in Pleth Machine, Aphevio is designed to be far more flexible, faster, and capable than its predecessor.
We have several cool features we want to implement, including user-defined timelines for experiments, choosing whether to analyze variables as averages or cumulative values, deriving new parameters from the raw dataset and modifying the data quality control functions. All of this is possible with Pleth Machine, but requires manual editing of the code for each application.
Aphevio has already proven itself in preliminary testing to be at least twice as fast as Pleth Machine at handling the data analysis and can analyze tens of thousands of samples at once, rather than several hundred. There is also no limit on the number of timepoints per sample, except for that defined by the size of the Excel database being analyzed.
Our experience with clinical studies has highlighted another glaring hole in data management, patient tracking. Studies involving even a few dozen patients can suffer from forgotten telephone calls, missed appointments and double-booking. Conventional patient booking software in the clinic is missing the specific areas needed for study patients, includes unnecessary information, and often simply isn't used.
PT-Racker is a project now midway through development which will result in a software package capable of storing and monitoring patient identifiers, contact details, visit dates and follow-up contacts. Daily and weekly reports will highlight who needs to be contacted and who needs appointments. It will also automatically keep track of and produce screening and enrollment logs.
