What is Pleth Machine? Pleth Machine is a software suite for the analysis of long-term plethysmography experiments. It can perform chronological analysis of up to 10 parameters on 4 series of up to 190 samples each. It can filter samples using any one of 7 different unique or group identifiers, such as sex, species, drug intervention and dose and date of experiment. If every sample has around 10 timepoints, that's a total database size of over 129,000 entries! Do you really want to plot that data by hand? |
