Kevin Rapley continues to play for Droylsden with 8 goals in all games keeping Droylsden's inconsistent season alive. He shot through a "ruck" of players in a recent match against Hednesford Town to draw the match. More Information on all matches with Kevin Rapley can be found. We here at rapley.cjb.net are currently trying to get into contact with Kevin to help write a bio on him. An unlucky defeat at the hands of Exeter
City (and Referee Desmond) meant that Kevin Rapley’s debut
was over shadowed by the defeat. In a pure moment of genius
Kevin "Joel" Rapley created what some described, as
"what would have been the goal of the season" had
not a brave intervention By Exeter City's Goal Keeper Paul Jones.
The number 15 played well up until the last minute, fighting
for his teams survival although only coming in Mid-week.

Former Chester scout Lewer had this to say about Rapley "Hopefully,
he can come here and get goals, I worked with Kevin over the
summer at Chester and I'm delighted he's coming. With where
we are, to get a league player to come here is very difficult.
We need to build bridges." Lets hope Kevin will help Forest
Green and come back to Chester on top of his game.
