If we
do not have enough stock to satisfy your order, we will refund the cost of the
items we cannot send into your PayPal account, or send you a cheque back with
your order for the correct amount.
Returns
Policy
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to
help you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit.
Goods should be returned to us in a condition fit for resale, within 30 days of
the date of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can
only be given on items received by us, therefore we suggest you use a form of
recorded postage when returning items.
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have
the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day
of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been
confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel
your order by e-mail or telephone.
If your order has been dispatched, you will also need to return the cancelled
item(s) at your own expense. We will refund the order or relevant part of it
(not including the postage you paid), as soon as possible and in any case within
30 days of cancellation.
Our
return address will be emailed to you once you let us know you want to return
your order.
Delivery Time Policy
We
aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, but please allow 7 working days
for delivery. Orders received after 3pm will be dealt with the next day, so the
7 working day delivery bracket will start from the following day. Usually we
send out orders the next day, but if you purchase any of our handmade items this
will take a little longer, as we make them to order. We always email our
customers and keep them updated on the status of their order.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998).
If you pay via PayPal, your information is protected by them and we only use
your name and address to send out your order.
If
you pay us via cheque, once we have finished with your order form, we shred it
and dispose of it, preventing your details being used by anyone else.
We may e-mail you in the future to let you know about updates to the site, unless you have
asked us not to.
Overseas Customers
We
only accept payment from outside of the UK via PayPal. We use the regular postal
service to deliver orders and we do not use courier services. If you are outside
of the UK, please go to Overseas Customers in the menu for more
information.
