As a professional fighting force that commands respect world over, Pakistani Defense Forces have a number of Training Institutions that welcome a significant number of members (officers & other ranks) of the Defense Forces of friendly countries. Marines Training Centre was established in 1990 to impart Basic and Advanced Marines Training to the personnel of Pakistan Navy and friendly countries. It is, now fully capable of making a Marine proficient in Amphibious Warfare, Riverine Operations, and Shore-based Air Defence. The Centre is equipped with modern training aids, equipment and facilities for training of Marines by well-qualified instructors.
