Niraj Goyal is the founder, MD of Cynergy Creators Private Limited, a company based in Mumbai, India. He specializes in helping industries achieve Breakthrough Improvements in Business Performance through training and facilitating the implementation of Lean-Six Sigma/TQM.

After a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a M.Sc. in Management Science from Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, Niraj has worked for 25 years in India and U.K. During this career (1972-99) he held a variety of operations assignments at plant, department and country levels in reputed multinationals. He ended his career in industry as Operations Director of Cadbury India Limited, responsible for running 6 factories, R&D, projects and corporate quality. During this period he was the leading implementer of the Corporate Total Quality Movement.

In 1999 Niraj began consulting with the credo "Business Results must Result" for his clients. His training philosophy - "Training must not end with training? it must include facilitation of implementation" - evolved from this credo. Accordingly his training approach is two pronged:

1. Experiential training workshops for all levels of employees on the basic concepts of Lean/Six Sigma/TQM. In addition to techniques, perhaps more importantly these workshops create a Quality Mindset - accepting, welcoming and implementing change.
2. Facilitation of implementation - specially customised sessions in which selected groups experience and internalise the power of the concepts by creating breakthrough changes in selected priority organisation problems.
