Training every Sunday Racecourse 10:30am
Kingsley Park legends Cesar and Yates made a surprise appearance at today's training, this can only be good news for the club. A big question mark was raised over Jamie Nuttall, as the new signing failed to turn up.
Mark Collins set off at a frantic pace in the opening run and only a few could keep with him!. Due to his eagerness to win this warm up jog he would only allow 30 seconds for stretches. It was then time again for the dreaded colpin sprints, which half the team didn't take part in with the excuse being they had a friendly game the next day! (what sort of an excuse is that). Yates did himself proud in his first attempt at the sprints (take note Cesar). Next up was some ball work, consisting of a bit of dribbling and controlling to test out the players touches. The training session again ended with a small match. Mark Knight ventured from under the tree to invaded the pitch.
