FICTS - THE ORGANIZATION

 

Founded in 2005, FICTS - the Forum for International Cooperation of Tiny States - has its headquarter in Purikali, Kaupelan. The main purposes of the Organization are the commercial, sporting and cultural exchange among the Member States and to promote the commerce, the tourism and the diplomacy of them.

 

1. Each Member State assigns an ambassador to FICTS Assembly.

 

2. The Assembly is chaired by a Secretary General. The ambassadors occupy this position successively during six months, following the order of admittance of the Member States to the Organization.

 

3. Every Member State contributes annually to the Organization with an amount corresponding to 0.1% of its Gross Domestic Product.

 

4.  Proposals are voted in the Assembly by the Member States, through their ambassadors. Approval is obtained with more than 50% of the votes. In case of a tie, the Secretary General decides.

 

5. The official language of the Organization is English.
