Rascal

Thanks so much to Laurie Hayes of Whitmore Lake, MI for giving Rascal a loving new home

Back

I have owned Rascal since he was a baby. He's had most of his training and ground work done here with us. He is absolutely one of my favorite personal horses that I was going to breed to a couple of my own pony mares due to his personality and looks, but I just have too many here. He's now a 2 yr. old and gelded. He quite literally had been under saddle only two times EVER at the time the photo's were taken, and had both times just walked right out and NEVER offered a buck, kick, or even a crow hop. He's been more than willing for everything asked of him so far, but he is only being sold as green broke. This little guy has never even seen a lunge line in his life, but has been more than willing to accept the saddle and all I have asked of him so far. He has even taken the bit like an experienced pro. By the time he's posted, he will have had more riding time under him, but the photo of him under saddle was IMMEDIATELY upon being tacked up for the second time. He would be absolutely wonderful to lead kids around on a lead line, and I would not hesitate in doing so myself. He leads, loads and ties effortlessly. Stands well for the vet and farrier. He has been exposed to kids, dogs, deer, goats, dump trucks, skid loaders, etc. Never so much as pays any attention to anything along the fence line while riding (such as rocks or extra fencing matterial laying around, etc.). He is the perfect size for any kids, or even a small adult. He is the absolute sweetest guy you could ever ask for, and very comical too!! He will always be one of the first ones to you in the pasture, and will follow at your heals the entire time you are out there with his face in yours, or his nose in your back...or stand along the fence and whinny for attention. Again, if I didn't have so many now, he'd be more than welcome to stay, but unfortunately, he's only getting fat just standing around, and needs a family to give him more one on one attention and time. If you want a gorgeous looking little guy that will definately make the nicest and most devoted addition to your family, Rascal is most certainly the one! He's UTD on coggins and vaccines (E3, eastern/western, potomac, rabies, tetnus, WNV & strangles). Rascal is ready to be YOUR next pocket pet. Only asking $675.00US OBO. Additional photo's upon request. No trades please. Kids, please have a parent or trainer inquire if interested. Transporting available anywhere from TX to ND and all U.S. points east for an additional fee. Thanks for your consideration and good luck in your pursuit!!
