Bobby Sanford, also known as Mr. Education is the star student of WWE Superstar Marty Jannetty. Although he is considered the best student to ever be trained by Mr. Jannetty his original training came at the hands of two of south Florida's premier independent wrestlers Cliff and Terry Anderson in 2001. After leaving the Florida Wrestling Alliance's training school where Cliff and Terry had trained him he began to compete occasionally for an organization in the southeastern portion of Georgia just to keep in ring shape. Sanford met Jannetty in December of 2003 during a tryout for the Tallahassee, FL based Capital City Wrestling. Since that first practice Jannetty and Sanford have been close and have studied wrestling footage and traveled together. "There is only so much that you can learn in wrestling school, so a lot of learning is done on the road," Sanford said.
