Check in:
Bands check in ONE HOUR before your schedule set time at the front of the venue at our check in table. You must also check in with your assigned stage manager 30 MINUTES before your set to let him know you are there. If you are late and are still setting up while you're suppose to be playing, your set will be cut short. DO NOT continue to play after your set time is over, you would not want another band cutting into your time, do not cut into theirs.

Load in:
Front and Alternit stage performers load in through the front of the venue. Main stage performers load in through the back of the venue. We cannot have equipment all over the venue so please load in about the same time as you check in with your stage manager.

Credentials:
All bands will be given credentials for the day in the form of a laminated pass and necklace. This credentials are NOT transferable and should not be worn by anyone other then the band members. Any one who is not a member of the band and is caught with a laminated pass and necklace will be kicked out and the laminated pass and necklace will be confiscated. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Ins and outs:
The venue reserves the right to have ins and outs. They will let us know the day of the event.

Merchandise:
Bands selling merchandise the day of event must check in their merchandise to the Bestial official merchandise person. A list of what you have and the prices for each item along with at least $30.00 for change.

Guest List:
The deadline for the guest list is MONDAY, AUGUST 13TH. THREE guest per band. Again the deadline for the guest list is MONDAY, AUGUST 13TH.

Back Line:
We will provide you with:
2 Marshall cabs for guitars.
Ampeg 8x10 bass cabs.
7 piece Tama/Mapex drum kits for the Front and Main stages.
Alternit stage will have a smaller drum kit.
There is no need for roadies as the stage managers will assist you with set up.

All though we are providing back line, musicians are still required to bring the following:
Guitarists/Bassists: bring your own Amp heads, cables(instrument and speaker), pedals, gear and everything else you will need to perform.
Drummers: bring your own cymbals/hi hats, pedals and any extra stands as there will only be 3 per drum set.
