first all you have to become indian vegetarian  

no fish , no egg , no meat.

if you had clean your stomach with piles

if you are vegetarian then it is good  

but   no onion , no garlic , no potato , no ginger. 

all vegetables which are grown underground (because they are heat generator) 

no sex

 

1.)First of all if you want meditated your mind should be empty.

but your mind never remain empty.

for that we should make our mind empty.

you think that how mind can make empty.

but, we can make it empty.

think positive is the best way.

but, some cannot make it

they always  think negative .

for them only (MY GURU) made this therapy .

our mind has 2part

our mind always think from 2part.

my  guru mantra is : for 1st part (speak) OM

my  guru mantra is : for 2nd part (inner mind) SHANTI or GURU.

speak this 2 word  together  at a time

one from mouth and second from mind.

this will work if you think it's working.

without your trust it will not work.

When you think you will think about one week only

but you will think about (name, place etc..)

like your family member .father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, children, etc.

about your enemy, friends, girlfriends, boyfriends, teachers, etc.

about your offices, boss, business , mate, etc.. etc..etc..  

Go on thinking about your past life.

don't open yours eyes.

when you feel your head is  aching (headache)  ,   stop for while 

but don't be disturb with it .

but don't open yours eyes.

And continue 

 

2.)Second part of meditation is breathing technique.

it means breath in breath out

normal man breath very fast

when breath in count  the number & vice versa.

it means 1 to 9 breath in & 9 to1 breath out .

if we see in count system

we  breath in(3) & we breath out(2) .

to control your breath it will take time

but have to give time for it.

in morning

1st day do it for 5 mins.

2nd day do it for 10 mins.

3rd day do it for 20 mins.

go on increasing your time day by day.

when you get control breath.

2nd exercise of breath system

when you breath in you say the half part of your god like (maha).

and when you breath out you say the half part of your god like (vir). (maha-vir)

another example

breath  (in-out).

              ( je-jus).

              (al-laa).

              (ra-maa).

3.) Third part of meditation is to sit on aashan (on cotton blanket) 

 if you can sit in padmaashan  or  

sit in comfort  position (your right leg on left thigh and your left leg below right thigh) 

please join your thumb with first finger.  

then you  close you're eyes.

and concentrate on between the two eyes & two eyebrow.

and now take the deep breath system (in-out)

you will be little disturb with this

but don't be disturb with it (please go with it)

 keep alarm for 1st day for 2mins

                            2nd day for 5mins

                            3rd day for 10mins. and go on.
