SHIPMENT For the time being I only use FedEx and DHL for shipment. Some other shipping services will be hired in the future. Usually it takes 3 - 5 days for the painting to arrive from the date of shipment. I am not responsible with the delay after shipment is done. All the paintings are sent to the customers in the plastic art tubes. This type of packaging is to ensure the painting is well preserved during shipment. Beside it can reduce shipping cost that can benefit both parties. All the oil paintings are painted on canvases or linens that are stretched on a frame or board. The finished painting will be detached from the frame or board and will be neatly rolled. The rolled painting will be inserted into a plastic art tube for shipment. The same thing is done to other type of paintings. Every precaution will be taken to avoid the painting from any unnecessary damage during shipment but I am not responsible for the damage caused by the negligence of the shipping company.
